Your address is used to reply to you and to tell you when reports publish. It is not sold, not shared, and not used for anything else.
If you are the subject of a report
Write to corrections@veracentintelligence.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge within five working days. We will provide the evidence behind any finding, correct what we get wrong, and publish a statement of up to 300 words alongside anything we still disagree about. Every correction is recorded on the corrections log, including reports we have withdrawn.
We would rather hear from a firm directly than from its solicitors.
Questions about how something was reached
methodology@veracentintelligence.co.uk. The methodology and criteria are published in full, and a question that shows something in them is wrong is worth more than a compliment.
