Commission a report
A due-diligence file on any UK-regulated firm, delivered in two working days. Every finding quotes the register entry, filing or binding document it rests on, and links to it, so the file holds up when someone asks how you know.
Who it is for
Advisers and wealth managers reviewing the platforms, banks and apps their clients’ money sits with, whether for an annual review or because a client has asked.
Compliance teams onboarding a counterparty, partner or supplier that is itself regulated, who need a record of what was checked and what it said.
What you get
- The same 56 questions asked of every firm: authorisation and restrictions, who holds client money and assets, costs, security, corporate standing and conduct.
- Answers taken only from statutory registers, filed accounts and the firm’s own binding documents, each with the quoted passage and a link to the source.
- The legal entity, not the brand. Trading names are traced to the company that holds the permissions and the money.
- An explicit list of what could not be found. A gap is recorded as a gap, never filled with a guess.
- Checked twice before delivery, by fixed rules and by an adversarial review of every finding against its quote.
Price
One report
£450
One firm, delivered within two working days of confirmation. Invoiced on delivery.
Monitoring
£200 a month
Up to five firms. Each report refreshed every month, and an email the same week the register records a change: a new requirement or restriction, a disciplinary entry, a change of status. Cancel with a month’s notice.
If the evidence is not there
Some firms publish very little. Before anything is agreed, the firm is checked against the registers and its published documents, and you are told whether a report can be completed. If a finished report cannot reach the published evidence threshold, you are not charged, and you receive what was found anyway.
See one first
Every published report is free to read. The report on Digital Moneybox Limited shows the format: its lead finding is a requirement on the firm’s permissions, effective 1 September 2026, quoted from the FCA Register itself. The full index has the rest.

Independence. Veracent Intelligence is paid by the people who use its reports, never by the firms they cover. A firm cannot commission, edit or remove a report about itself. Findings are corrected only when the evidence shows they are wrong, and every correction is published.
A report is a record of what public sources state. It is not financial, investment or legal advice, not a rating, and not a recommendation to use or avoid any firm. Veracent Intelligence is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
